Welcome to Dream, Awake, Create, my portal of online magic I am offering to this realm. I'm glad you're here and hope you will choose to co-create a better world with me, starting with yourself. I have taken many paths so far in my life (and many more await, I have no doubt), all essential steps that have led me here, offering my services as a healing facilitator. I have been drawn to helping people for as long as I can remember, and have sought many different ways in which to find my helping niche. I have a Master's degree in Child, Couple and Family Counseling and Art Therapy. This is a wellspring of knowledge and experience which will forever serve me, however, I don't agree with much of the theories followed in the world of psychology - most especially looking at people through the lens of sickness rather than wholeness - and so, when I left my job to go on maternity leave I knew I'd never be back. The birth of my daughter opened a portal within me that allowed an avenue of exploration into the spirit realms. Trying to make sense of my inner turmoil that was not related to motherhood but rather exposed by it, I searched for ways to awaken to a deeper sense of knowing, experiencing, and creating my reality. Shamanic journeying connected me with an ancient world of support and wisdom, practicing a soul-knowing way of linking the now to the infinite. I experienced deep and profound healing through past life regression, which I then was trained in and certified to practice. Fascinated by frequency and vibration, I began to collect sound healing instruments, and am continually learning and adding more. I have trained in and accessed multiple forms of energy healing for myself (including Reiki), some profoundly moving and some leaving something to be desired. When I received a healing session that created an energetic shift deep enough to cure an irregular heartbeat that I'd been told by Western medicine was incurable, I knew I had to know more. I completed a small group mentoring program in 2024 for Inbodiment healing with Dr. Heidi Walrath, the creator of Inbodiment meditation and energy work, which is a framework of awareness rather than a technique, and I am continuing a 1:1 mentorship with her to grow my energy awareness skills, which I am excited to share with the world. I am also an ordained minister and officiate weddings. Spreading love in all the ways I can is my best and highest goal. And the last, but far from the least thing about me: my most developed gift in this life, which showed up before I could walk, is the gift of being an artist. It is my desire to spread the frequencies of love, joy, and abundance through my artwork, which is scattered about this website, and may at times be for sale - I'll share it here if that happens. I am also an experienced art teacher, and offer those services as well. We are all creators and artists in our hearts, and I love to help people explore their creative side.
